Heather brings high standards and downhome values to her clients. And she believes in going the extra 10 miles to ensure clients are happy, even after the transaction is complete. She embodies a charismatic mix of southern charm and professional diligence. Her ethics are based on honesty and good, old-fashioned customer attention. She takes a genuine interest in each client and their unique situation. “Every transaction is different and requires specific knowledge and negotiation techniques to assure clients the absolute best possible outcome. My mission is to provide expert service to home buyers and home sellers,” Heather says. “I work with each client to formulate a uniquely crafted plan, aimed at achieving their goals, within their timelines.

Heather holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Scranton’s Kania School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia. Her past real estate experience includes the role of marketing manager for one of the largest REITS in the U.S. During her career, she has implemented award-winning consumer marketing campaigns and worked closely with leasing agents in developing strategies to secure national and regional tenants in a fiercely competitive retail market. Heather is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a graduate of the Building Biology Institute as a certified Building Biologist and New Build Consultant.

Prior to joining Benchmark, she served as an affiliate of RE/MAX Fines Homes on a team that earned $30 million in commissions annually. She is also a recipient of the RE/MAX 100% Club Award, recognizing commissions earned in a single year and achievement as a real estate professional. She also earned the coveted Celebration of Excellence Award from the Williamson County Association of Realtors, an award that distinguishes real estate agents in the top 5-10% of the organization based on sales volumes in years 2018-2023. Heather is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and is currently active in both markets.
